Experience Through Their Eyes

This place makes some amazing and exceptional pizza! I got the meatball pizza and it is now one of my favorites! Usually a pizza place does one thing really well, like the sauce or cheese, but this place gets every part right. The pizza came out steaming hot and tasted incredible, from the cheese, the sauce made with Cento tomatoes, and the small-batch meatballs. I also had to order their meatball sub to go, and they actually started making the bread dough right when I ordered it! What other restaurant does that? None. The cannoli was also made fresh right as I ordered it. Everything was terrific! 10/10. All of the staff make you feel at home

This is the real deal. If you want pizza that is healthy, authentic Italian like Italy, this is the best you will ever see in the USA and I have travelled a lot. This is not a grab and slice kind of place, the pizza's are so light and so a whole pizza here is totally different to what you will find elsewhere, it doesn't sit on you afterwards which says a lot about the quality of the ingredients. The owner is absolutely amazing, the other employees also, it was such a good vibe. You walk out feeling like family. The cannoli is freshly made on the day when you eat and you can tell. Amazing. Can't wait to go back and visit again! Thanks guys!

Easily the best pizza I've ever had. I don't think there's better pizza in Philly. The crust is cooked perfectly and is very crisp without being burnt. The sauce is amazing, and there's really just the right amount of cheese to tie it together. This isn't your typical NY style pizza shop. This is true high quality pizza that's incredibly fresh. Also with a large pie being 24 inches, it can easily feed 6 adults. I'm a big guy and will normally eat 4-5 slices of pizza and I struggle to get past 2. It really is an amazing value considering how much you get and how good it is.

We saw this place had a 4.9 rating with 109 reviews and thought we had to try it. It did not disappoint. I loved the smell as soon as I walked in from the cold. Just a real old style pizza place aroma that I remember from growing up and going with my parents. And the food was outstanding. I say that the pizza belongs in the conversation with Angelos - don't come at me unless you have tried it. The staff was busy but fast. Go there or order delivery, you will not be disappointed.

WOW! My 1st time at this spot. Its relatively new. I got the White Margherita Pizza. O. M. G. My friend got a Plain. They were both AMAZING! And then I got the Lasagna to take back to our hotel for later. They give you 2 large slices. Ate one later that night and took the other back home with me to Lancaster. The Lasagna became my NYD meal since I was too tired from shenanigans the night before. Literally melted in my mouth. One of my favorite things to do is find small family run spots that serve good food and have a good atmosphere and promote the heck out of them! We ended up here out of convenience, but they've got me hooked already. I love thay I was able to find a small family run spot in Center City. Ill definitely be back!

This is truly a family restaurant. In every sense of the word. For one is great for families. Kids love pizza and there are other items for kids to like including the amazing zeppoles. The staff is super friendly towards kids. There was a birthday party at the adjoining table and the server was so sweet to all the kids. But it's also a family restaurant in that a family runs it. And even if an employee is not part of the family, they're like the family and the customer has become like the family. It just feels very familiar. Well especially for me cuz I grew up in an Italian American family. The food is excellent. I was dining with someone who can't have dairy which is such a terrible misfortune. So we got a pizza with no cheese on it. Not my favourite choice, but we added mushrooms and meatballs. The meatballs were amazing. They boast that they have homemade meatballs in. They were great. We also got the house salad which was massive and delicious. And since I had no cheese on the pizza I asked for parmesan and sprinkled it heavily on top Seating is limited and it's in a funky part of town. It's close to museums and the big library so it stands out as one of the few places to eat there. There is a small parking lot as well
